Guided Hunts · East Texas

Hog hunts.
No closed season. No limits.

Year-round guided hog hunts on managed East Texas properties. Rifle, bow, or thermal — you bring the weapon, we put you on the pigs. From $250/day for members, $400/day day-rate.

Why Hogs

The most fun you can have hunting
without buying a tag.

365

Days a year

No closed season in Texas. Show up in July, show up in December — the hogs don't care, and neither do we.

No bag limit

Texas treats wild hogs as invasive. Shoot one, shoot ten. We just ask you tag what you'll process and let the rest feed the coyotes.

$0

Tag/trophy fees

Day rate or membership rate — no trophy fees, no per-animal upcharges. What you pay is what you pay.

Common Questions

Before you book.

Do I need a Texas hunting license?

Yes — Texas requires a hunting license for hog hunting. Resident annual is ~$48, non-resident is ~$315 (or get a 5-day special for ~$48). Buy online at tpwd.texas.gov in about 5 minutes.

What weapon can I bring?

Rifle, bow, crossbow, pistol, muzzleloader — your call. For thermal/night hunts, we recommend .223 or larger with subsonics or suppressors if you have them. We can rent thermal optics if you don't own.

What's the success rate?

Most hunters take at least one hog per 2-day hunt. Active hunters with steady shooting take 3–6. Night thermal hunts can push double-digits. We hunt over bait, in travel corridors, and via spot-and-stalk depending on conditions.

What if I don't shoot anything?

No refunds — hunts are guided, not guaranteed. We do everything we can to put you on pigs (and we usually do), but the wild is the wild.

Can I bring my kids?

Absolutely. Youth hunters (under 17) hunt at half rate when accompanied by a paying adult. Email us about youth-specific hunts — we love these.

Group size?

1–4 hunters per guide. Bigger groups, we'll add guides — just tell us your headcount when you book.

Where exactly is the property?

East Texas — properties around Sulphur Springs and Mt. Pleasant (the Hopkins / Titus / Franklin county area). All hunting properties are habitat-managed by our land services arm, Landfest, so you're hunting dirt we actively maintain for game holding. Exact address sent at booking confirmation.

Where do I stay?

Plenty of hotels and Airbnbs within 15–30 minutes of the property. We'll send recommendations when you book. Camping on the property is available for members.
